Naval Information Warfare Center (NIWC) Pacific’s LVC Project seeks tools, software, and concepts for evaluating Contested Logistics Modeling and Simulation (M&S). This demonstration aims to assess existing M&S capabilities in an LVC setting, using scenarios from the Naval Postgraduate School (NPS). Contested logistics involves conflicts where adversaries target logistics operations. The demonstration will focus on tracking unit locations, resource usage, resupply, transit times, and survivability against adversarial forces. Vendors' tools will be evaluated based on capability, fidelity, and operational impact on planning.
Application: White paper submissions should be submitted to NIWC_PAC_Contested_Logistics@us.navy.mil not later than 5:00PM Eastern Time on April 11, 2024
For more information: Special Notice
The Contested Logistics Demonstration is anticipated to be a weeklong effort the first week of August 2024. Contract opportunities may follow this demonstration depending on the results using various types of instruments.
