MIT Startup Exchange Announces New Additions to STEX25 Accelerator

MIT Startup Exchange is pleased to announce the addition of five companies to its roster of STEX25 startups. New additions to the program include: Einblick Analytics, Nth Cycle, Skylla Technologies, Themis AI, and VEIR.

  • Einblick Analytics – Visual data computing platform for making data-driven solutions
  • Nth Cycle – Revolutionizing metals processing for recyclers and mine operators
  • Skylla Technologies – Reliable, innovative, human-centric automation
  • Themis AI – The future of fair artificial intelligence
  • VEIR - high-temperature superconductors for electricity transmission

Upon joining the program, MIT STEX25 startups are advised and prepared for industry interactions, including the refining and rehearsing of presentations, the development of written and video promotional materials, and the building of relationships with program directors at the ILP. MIT Startup Exchange actively promotes collaboration and partnerships between MIT-connected startups and industry members of MIT’s Industrial Liaison Program (ILP).

“We look forward to working with the five latest startups. It’s an exceptionally strong and exciting group with four out of the five startups having an MIT faculty founder.  We are also pleased that two are founded by women,” said MIT Startup Exchange Program Director, Marcus Dahllöf.

MIT Startup Exchange startups are based on MIT licensed technology, are founded by MIT faculty, staff, or alumni or are actively supported by other MIT affiliated groups such as The Engine.

“The technologies the new STEX25 startups are bringing to market are very much the types of solutions our corporate members seek, e.g. human-robot collaboration, energy demand, recycling of industrial waste, AI bias and data analytics,” said John Roberts, Interim Executive Director of the MIT Industrial Liaison Program.  “We expect the startups to resonate with our corporates and to make significant impact over the course of the 12-month STEX25 accelerator program.”
