New! Exhibitors-only for MIT Autonomy Conference April 8

Deadline: February 20, 2020

Event theme: Understanding current state-of-the-art and anticipating major advances for autonomous systems, either in product development or on the manufacturing floor, is critical for many industries. The conference has three major themes:
  * Autonomous vehicles
  * Autonomous manufacturing
  * Platforms for autonomous systems – connectivity, infrastructure, and socio-economic implications of autonomy and policies

Note we're out of speaking spots for this event.  You can still apply to exhibit.

Number of speaking startups: Ten

Number of exhibiting only startups: Five

Date and location: April 8 (full conference is April 8-9), 2020; MIT Samberg Conference Center

Format: Startup Lightning Talks, generally ~4-minute long, followed by Lunchtime Exhibit (generally a table with your logo and a monitor) where you can showcase your startup and connect with attending companies.

Attendees: 200-300 attendees of ILP member companies

Note that you or your speaker will be required to do a dry run a few weeks before the event.

To apply, please provide the following.   BEWARE the Apply button doesn't show the actual required fields like Tagline.  Below are the actual info we want for each field.

  • Startup Fit - Your startup's product/services, and explanation of the fit between the event and the startup’s vision, technologies, products, or services;
  • Proof points - A compelling customer/use case
  • Additional Information - A clear tagline for what you do, in 7 words or less, for the conference agenda.  (E.g. "AI for digital transformation" is too broad and buzzwordy.  We'd prefer instead "AI for medical decision making.")
