Elbit presentation to COVID-19 Startups on Manufacturing & FDA approval

Deadline: April 20, 2020

Elbit is looking to provide goodwill help in the near term to MIT Startups on COVID-19 related efforts including medical devices design, prototyping, manufacturing, and engineering support.  20% of Elbit's business is in medical equipment, and can also help advice startups on readying their offering for FDA approval.

MIT Startups are invited to Zoom Meeting with Elbit’s Director of Research and Development, April 21, 2:00PM - 2:30PM EDT.  Format will be 15mins presentation, followed by 15mins of Q&A.

Interested startups please apply and describe a bit what you're working on for Covid-19 and what help you'd ideally like from Elbit.  Note the blue popup to apply has 3 fixed fields that does not always fit well with what we're asking for, so make sure you put what we're asking for in your applications,

Startups not directly working on Covid-19 but interested in Elbit for strategic partnership longer term around Elbit's core business in the defense & medical equipment segment (see below for relevant technologies to the company) may also want to join the session.

About Elbit

Elbit is a “Medium Sized” defense contractor serving the needs of all branches of the US Military as well as the Department of Homeland Security and other United States Government Customers. The company's position as a $1B/year company gives it a large existing customer base and the resources to invest in new and discriminating technologies while its relatively small size allows it to incorporate innovations into its products and bring new products to market with speed and agility that the larger defense contractors lack.

Elbit's core technology portfolio include Augment Reality, AI/ML (in Object Detection and Classification), Electra-optical Sensors, Optical Communications, Non GPS Dependent Navigation, Advanced Imaging and Video Processing, Precision Line of Sight (LOS) Sensing. The company is also interested in any innovative solutions that may benefit Elbit's customers.
