Brief #1: Customer Order Complexity Analysis

 

P&G is looking for partners and solutions that to facilitate automated process to calculate order complexity (using parameters of full pallets, cases to be picked, categories in the order, customer expectations i.e. sandwich pallet, on top layering) of shipments and create an optimal schedule for all orders planned for the next day with consideration of staffing need, and are preferably available to execute a pilot in Europe as a first priority.

P&G is looking for partners and solutions that can assist them in creating an automated decision support system to prioritize shipment preparation in distribution centers, and are preferably available to execute a pilot in Europe as a first priority.

Brief #3: Warehouse Operations Performance Tracking

P&G is looking for a cloud-base system that would have an interface for each DC to input their productivity data. The system then will compile all the data to summarize and help on benchmarking with different visualization capabilities. Partners and solutions would be preferably available to execute a pilot in Europe as a first priority.

Brief #4: Intra Warehouse Movement Tracking

P&G is interested in identifying losses (stops, touches, delays, etc.) which take place in its production and storage facilities. Partners and solutions would be preferably available to execute a pilot in Europe as a first priority.

Brief #5: Improving Non-Integrated Supplier Data Sharing

P&G’s vision is to digitally transact with 100% of it’s supply base. This will serve as a sound foundation to meet its resiliency and BCP needs, and as the platform to innovate and quickly scale future value initiatives with our new Raw and Pack Suppliers. Partners and solutions would be preferably available to execute a pilot in the United States as a first priority.
