P&G is looking for partners and solutions that to facilitate automated process to calculate order complexity (using parameters of full pallets, cases to be picked, categories in the order, customer expectations i.e. sandwich pallet, on top layering) of shipments and create an optimal schedule for all orders planned for the next day with consideration of staffing need, and are preferably available to execute a pilot in Europe as a first priority.

The system then will compile all the data to summarize and help on benchmarking with different visualization capabilities.
