As an example, Olay Skin Advisor delivers personalized product advice using AI-powered digital advisor technology. P&G has an opportunity to move beyond single product selection to solve meaningful consumer problems across categories - advising and using the breadth & depth of their products/brands/R&D expertise across everyday use categories.
Business Challenge / Needs Definition:
How can P&G create the next generation of digital expert advisor services across categories that can build habitual, trustful, long-lasting relationships with consumers by helping their emotional and functional needs? How can we create a digital advisor ecosystem that will enable habit formation, better product usage (and therefore outcomes) and behavior change that affects better everyday consumer outcomes, which in turn creates value?
P&G believes value creation can be realized through the following benefits & features:
- Curating personalized expert, product and service recommendations, allowing consumers to get most of the utility/education/delight of the categories P&G participates in.
- Leveraging context & data for insights on new products & services to develop by seeing and predicting trends.
