Speaker for MIT Computer Vision & Robotics Workshop 3/3

MIT Startup Exchange is seeking 8-10 startups to present at its March 3 Virtual Workshop on Computer Vision and Robotics (11 AM to 1 PM ET).

Theme - In the last few years, there's been tremendous innovation and progress in computer vision and robotics.  MIT Startup Exchange is convening the workshop to showcase the best of MIT Startups in this topic.  This workshop will present perspectives from industry leaders and startups on challenges and opportunities in computer vision and robotics.

Format: 4 minute lightning talks, and a panel with industry speakers and 1-2 startups.

This event will be part of the MIT Future of Advanced Manufacturing Week of events.  The week before will be the Future of AI and Autonomy Webcast.  We're planning to have 1-2 minute videos made for Webcasts for the two series with some of the startups that will be showcased at this workshop.  This will be additional exposure to hundreds of large corporates.  Let us know if you for whatever reason is not interested in also participating in that.

To apply, please provide the following:

  • brief description of your startup's technology-based product/services and fit with the theme of the event.
  • brief description of current market traction (e.g. pilot, validation results, paying customers, etc.) and description of 1 compelling usecase
  • one-line tagline to be used for event agenda, please make it concise and clear, and avoid buzzwords.
