Our company is expanding our business globally by providing various products in the fields of electronics, automotive, housing, infrastructure, environmental and medical, based on our core competencies in adhesive and coating technologies. One of our main strengths is many strong adhesive tape technologies for bonding housing components and exterior automotive parts. In the area of ambient curable adhesive sheet (ACAS), we have developed new technologies which have a number of advantages regarding curing, easy application, and superior physical characteristics after curing. Cured ACAS has a high elastic modulus and low frequency dependence. Furthermore, it can withstand extremely high static loads.
We are now seeking startups to collaborate with for the design and development of new products using ambient curable adhesive sheet. This could include startups that want to use high modulus bonding materials in their products, or that have new applications or ideas that can be solved using ACAS technology.
Our company has successfully collaborated with multiple startups in the past to co-develop new applications in those startups’ products using our materials.
Startups interested in potential collaboration would be involved in initial discussions with our Silicon Valley Office and relevant technical departments in Japan.
