Seeking startup speakers for Heathcare Symposium in Thailand

Deadline: October 9, 2022

Applications will be accepted on a rolling basis, please apply early.

The MIT Industrial Liaison Program (ILP) is planning a one-day symposium in the area of healthcare technology in Bangkok, Thailand on December 8, 2022We seek three startups interested in participating in the event.  Each startup will have a 15 minute presentation in front of the audience of approximately 200 individuals from industry, academia, and government, plus a stand-up booth during all networking breaks and a buffet luncheon.  Startups will be considered from any segment of healthcare, including novel medical devices, digital health, pharma/nutrition, etc.  Startups with existing or plans for SE Asia operations are preferred.  Coach class travel and up to four nights lodging will be provided for one individual per startup.

The industry representatives attending will be executives mainly from Thailand, but also from other SE Asian nations.  Most will be ILP member companies, but we expect some non-members to be invited if their profiles align with MIT and ILP membership – i.e. companies whose core competencies are in science, technology, the management of technology, and related areas – that wish a long-term, strategic relationship with MIT.

Startups will need to do a virtual dry run to review slide deck at a mutually convenient time.
