P&G is looking for partners to build new, personalized, effortless, and cost-effective ways to enhance the overall shopper experience Online + Offline:
The geographical focus of this opportunity is Europe. Companies, institutions, startups, researchers applying must have the ability to immediately activate in Europe.
- Anchor challenge: Guided Selling - O+O total customer journey: How to deliver the most relevant advice anywhere at any time to help advise the consumer selection? Leveraging AI, product advice, personalization, etc.
Category focus:
- Oral Care: How can we influence more consumers to make the switch to power brushes and nudge them closer to a better oral health future – from dentist chair to instore?
- Grooming: Create seamless integration between online & offline and investigate a OneGrooming product advisor.
- Hair Care: Drive regimen recommendations to increase the use of conditioners + masks among the shampoo shoppers. How can loyalty programs help in this space?
- Secondary challenge: Social Commerce – Addressing the connection with the younger generation, which predominantly engages through Snapchat, TikTok, Instagram…; also exploring a future-proof CRM system integration for this purpose.

- Oral Care: How can we get younger generations who care about likes, instant gratification & hacks to understand that power oral care is a critical choice to achieve all three?
- Grooming: Higher need for education and target group relevance for Braun Female (IPL), Braun Styling, and Gillette Venus.
- Hair Care: More consumers (drive penetration) in the scalp care shampoo segment driving awareness and education knowing 50% of the population has a scalp care related hair issue.
