THK recently introduced a new IIoT solution called OMNI edge, a condition monitoring AI system for industrial equipment and components. It uses our proprietary AI algorithm to detect abnormally for predictive maintenance. One of our solutions is a condition monitoring system for rotary equipment. It consists of sensors, a router and cloud application. We currently use WiFi for a wireless communication from the sensors to the router, which then uses cellular network to send sensor data to our cloud application.
We are looking for a startup who can help us with establishing more stable wireless communication between the sensor and the router either by implementing:
Criteria for stable wireless communication
・Using existing wireless communication protocols (e.g.IEEE802.11n/ac)
・2.4GHz, 5GHz connection
・Ability to resend data. No need for real time, continuous communication.
For selected startups, the scope of partnership could include any or all of the following:
Interested startups should apply directly to this opportunity by March 8, 2024.
