Recruiting startup speakers for SDR Innovators’ Meet

SLB’s Schlumberger-Doll Research Center (SDR) boasts 20+ high-tech labs and is home to over 60 researchers, many of whom hold PhDs, working across diverse fields such as Chemistry, Earth Sciences, Engineering, Geophysics, Mathematics, Physics, Computational Science etc. With access to SLB’s operations in over 120 countries, collaboration with 80+technology centers and partnerships with leading universities and key suppliers, SDR is a hub for global collaboration and innovation. Established in 1948, it stands at the cutting edge of energy solutions and decarbonization technologies.

What?

The Schlumberger-Doll Research Center (SDR) is hosting SDR Innovators’ Meet on June 11th, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. The event will feature pitch and reverse-pitch sessions. Keynote speeches and panel sessions will provide insights from academia, incubator groups, CVC and industry players on the topics of energy and decarbonization.

Who?

SDR is looking for early-stage startups and small companies to present at the event:

- Startups at early to medium stage (TRL 1 to 7)

- Working in applications such as Geoenergy, critical minerals and decarbonization

What’s in it for you?

- Select startups will have a chance to pitch their solutions, identify collaboration opportunities, stress-test concepts, and gain visibility.

- Network with industry experts and scientists.

- Please express interest to SDR-EVENTS@slb.com by May 18, 2025

- All applications to be reviewed, and feedback provided to all applicants

- Selection results are to be announced by May 23.
