P&G wants to Identify a new disruptive way (technology or research sensors/platform/physical and or digital solution) to run ObservationalResearch for Baby Care among parents with babies 0-3yo and among pregnant mums throughout their day (in-home & during outings).
WHAT
Proposed solution should:
1) As primary objective being able to answer business questions on
a. Key consumer tensions when it comes to diapers & wipes (opportunity areas and consumer problem identification)
b. Compensating behaviors & frustration level
c. General key consumer tensions around parenting
d. Consumer trends identification
2) As secondary objective being able to answer business questions on
a. Habits & Practices in diapering. For example: frequency of change, regimen (pants/taped, wipes), topicals usage, wash vs. wipe, brand switching or regimen (which products taped vs. pants, overnight vs. regular, which brands & why/when/occasions)
b. Deeper understanding of product failures (diapers & wipes). For example: Leaks or Skin irritation (when/where/how/why/frequency).
3) Capture the consumer language so we can articulate the consumer tensions in their own words.
