    Dubai Police seeking collaboration on the Smart City Naif project

    The Dubai Police is offering a partnership opportunity for the Smart City Naif project in Dubai. This concept revolves around the deployment of stable sensor networks for pedestrian movement detection, a comprehensive multimodal traffic overview system (car, pedestrian, bike), real-time incident detection, and Al based automated patrol alerts. Additionally, a physical and digital augmented 3D model will provide an interactive platform for decision-making at Naif police station.

    Startup Speakers for ILP Taiwan Symposium

    The MIT Startup Exchange is looking for 3-4 MIT startups to present and exhibit at the MIT ILP one-day Taiwan symposium (Taipei, Taiwan; Wednesday July 17, 2019). Each selected startup will present a short lightning talk on a technology-based product they are bringing to market, including at least one compelling use case. All presenting startups are expected to exhibit as well.

    Application of AI to Manufacturing Sustainability - Startup Exchange Lightning Talks

    The chemical industry is increasingly leveraging artificial Intelligence in their quest for new synthetic routes and chemical structures used in a wide variety of applications including: building materials, packaging, agrochemicals, pharmaceuticals, and consumer products.  While past efforts focused on optimizing time and cost of producing materials, growing environmental concerns, and new legislation lead manufacturers to address the environmental impact and sustainability of their products. In this webinar we present research on, and application of, computer-assisted technologies to assist researchers and corporate R&D scientists and engineers in identifying and leveraging environmentally friendly chemistry and materials.
