MIT Startup Exchange is looking for 5 startups to present and exhibit at the 2025 MIT Japan Conference, to take place in Tokyo on Friday, January 24.
DxLab Inc. (DxLab) is a biotech startup, spun out of MIT and Harvard in September 2020, developing and commercializing a next-generation point-of-care (POC) diagnostic solution for rapid, on-site detection of dangerous pathogens. Combining proprietary platform technology with novel target detection and signal processing methods, we are advancing a pipeline of rapid POC tests.
The 2023 MIT Japan Conference will feature future trends of research at MIT and highlight advances in key areas, including advanced materials, healthcare technologies, infrastructure, energy, and management. Attendees will have the opportunity for continued in-depth discussions with faculty speakers and MIT Startup Exchange startups during both lunch and an evening networking reception.

The 2024 MIT Japan Conference will feature future trends of research at MIT and highlight advances in key areas, including autonomous vehicle navigation, chemical engineering, the Chinese economy, energy storage and conversion, healthcare technologies, and materials science.
The 2025 MIT Japan Conference will explore future research trends at MIT, highlighting breakthroughs in key areas such as Soft Materials and Mechanics, Biomedical Innovation, and the impact of Generative AI (GAI) on the Work of the Future. Additional sessions will focus on Quantum and Silicon Photonics, Nanotechnology in materials and additive manufacturing, and the latest Machine Learning and AI tools for chemical discovery. Advances in semiconductor technology, hydrogen innovation, and electrochemistry, as well as thermofluidic interfaces, will also be featured.
